Soap & Glory Hocus Focus Primer

It's official, I'm a primeraholic, I swear by the stuff and honestly believe my makeup never looks as good if I forget to use it. So with this in mind, I have boxes full of the stuff from many different brands but have never found the right illuminating one. With having combination skin I get quite an oily t zone and cheeks, and quite often when using an illuminating primer half way through the day my makeup has slid half way down my face, so finding one where this doesn't happen has been really difficult.

Enter Soap & Glory Hocus Focus, at £11.00 this is seriously reasonable for the quality of this product. It diffuses the light and gives the skin a flawless soft focus kinda look (no need for instagram filters then).

"A blast of brilliance for tired skin. An instant softening illuminating lotion with long-wearing LIGHTSCRAMBLE™ luminospheres. Use to diffuse the appearance of large pores, wrinkles and uneven pigmentation".

This primer gives such a lovely dewy finish, rather than applying after moisturiser I have been mixing it with my moisturiser and it gives a flawless, luminous effect ready for my base. Also, my makeup stays put all day which never happens for me. After using this primer I don't feel the need to highlight my face as much I would normally as it already has that highlighting effect from the primer. I just highlight under my eyes and my eyebrow arch thus saving a few minutes from my normal makeup routine.

I absolutely adore this product and will most certainly be re purchasing. All hail Hocus Focus.

    1. Oh Becki you really need to, if you like a dewy finish go for either this Soap & Glory one or the L'Oreal Lumi Magique primer. They are both lovely ones to get you started.
Oh wow, thank you hun. I'll check it out. xx
