Liz Earle Cleanse and Polish

So I'm sure that you have probably already seen a zillion reviews of this product on other blogs and even though I know that you know how this post is gonna go I still wanted to write my own review.

I have always really loved Liz Earle products, they are a relatively young brand being founded in 1995 but have made a real name for themselves in the past 20 years or so. All their products contain naturally active ingredients which results in skin being left healthy and radiant. Plus, being a British brand just makes me love them even more. Being a winner of multiple awards this product really has earned it's cult product status. Ingredients include eucalyptus and cocoa butter leaving skin supple and smooth, which I can most definitely vouch for.

To apply: there are two parts to this cleansing process. First is cleanse, I spend a good 2-3 minutes massaging the creamy formula into dry skin to melt away any remains of makeup and shift any dirt or grime which has built up on my skin over the day. Second is polish, this step sees you remove the remains of the cleanser with a damp muslin cloth. This step also helps to exfoliate as the muslin cloth will act as a slight buffer to help remove any dirt or impurities that are stuck in the skins pores.

I must say, I absolutely love this product. It removes makeup and eye makeup ultra easily and the smell is just divine, very natural but with a slight herbal scent helping you to relax before bedtime. It leaves your skin feeling super soft and smooth, my skin is really quite sensitive and can often break out after using a product that it isn't used to for the first couple of times. My skin didn't break out at all using this product, it did give me a couple of little spots but honestly I think this is just down to bringing the rubbish that was in my skin up to the surface which isn't a bad thing.

The bottle comes in a number of different sizes, so you can always buy the smallest bottle at first to test it out and make sure you like the product before committing to a larger sized bottle.

Have you tried the Liz Earle Cleanse and Polish? What do you think?
