My Recent Empties

I have been thinking about doing this post for a number of months but always ended up forgetting and throwing away my empty bottles by accident. This collection of empties is from August, September and a little bit of October so is quite a biggy.

So we have Aussie Miracle Shine Shampoo & Conditioner, I love the Aussie hair care products, the smell is just so lovely. This shampoo and conditioner are one of my favourites along with the colour mate products. They leave such a fantastic shine to your hair giving a really luxurious glossiness to it. I am yet to find a shampoo and conditioner which match up to my Aussie favourites.

Next is the Radox Mandarin & Lemongrass shower gel, this was one of my favourite shower gels throughout Summer. It was super refreshing and awakening, I loved it that much that I bought the Pink Grapefruit & Basil scent after using this one up.

V05 Ultimate Hold Hairspray, this is my all time favourite hairspray. It holds extremely well but doesn't leave your hair feeling hard/crunchy and straw like. With some hairsprays I find the smell is really overpowering and gets stuck in your throat all day or night but this one isn't so bad. It still has that classic hairspray smell but doesn't linger or get stuck in your throat.

Moving onto skincare, my empties have been Soap & Glory Peaches and Clean Cleanser and Philosophy Microdelivery Exfoliating Facial Wash. The Soap & Glory cleanser is one of my favourites, it's really gentle on the skin and actually does smell of peaches and cream. The Philosophy scrub is gentle enough to use daily and foams up into a rich lather giving your face a wash/clean at the same time as exfoliating. Clarins Extra Firming and Tightening Serum, this serum is ok. It made my skin a little dry, I received this serum in a free gift with a purchase. I had had my eye on this serum for a while so it was good being able to try it before buying, as honestly now that I've tried it I don't think I would purchase it.

Nivea Lip Butter, I am very well known by my family and friends for my obsession with lip balms. The addiction started when I was at school and my mum made the mistake of buying me one of those little tins of Vaseline. Ever since that moment I have been hooked. I am actually at the point now where if I don't have lip balm on my lips they get incredibly dry and sore because they are so used to constantly having balm on them. I really need to try and wean myself off them...how ridiculous does that sound?! But anyway, in all seriousness this lip balm is my all time favourite and believe me I have tried my fair share in the past few years. It is super moisturising and soothing on the lips and doesn't feel greasy at all, plus the smell is just to die for.

Over the Summer I always prefer to wear a lighter base and this L'Oreal Nude Magique BB Cream was my go to for the Summer months. It's lovely and light on the skin and is super buildable, it gives a wonderfully natural look and you only need the tiniest amount to suffice for your whole face.

Lastly, it's the L'Oreal Lumi Magique Primer. This has got to be one of my favourite illuminating primers, it gives a lovely dewy and glowing look to your makeup, for you ladies out there that go for the dewy makeup look then this primer is for you.

Have you tried any of these products, do you love them as much as I do?
