Inside My Makeup Bag

I haven't really done a post like this yet, apart from my guest post for Amy at Beauty Glamorous Blog, so I thought it was about time I dedicated a post on Dreaming Pretty. Plus with the Autumnal, Wintery weather now upon us I wanted to share with all you lovely ladies what I have been reaching for recently in this colder weather.

First up is the Maxfactor Skin Luminizer Foundation, I have this foundation in shade Golden and it matches my skin tone just perfectly. I will be doing a dedicated blog post to this foundation soon so I don't want to say too much but I absolutely love this foundation. It gives such a natural dewy finish to the skin and is perfect for creating that luminous look to the skin throughout the Winter months.

Next is MAC Mineralize Skinfinish Powder in shade Medium Plus. I have to say this powder never leaves my makeup bag, I use for setting my base before applying blusher/bronzer etc. It works perfectly at giving an even, flawless base to apply my blusher and other products onto. I was previously using the shade Medium but the Medium Plus just gives that extra bit of colour. I just love this.

Benefit Rockateur Blusher, this blusher is just perfect for this time of year. It's a really rich pinky shade with a hint of berry and a slight shimmer, it looks lovely just sweeped over the cheek bones to give a flush of colour. I cannot tell you how much I love this blusher, plus the smell of this blusher is jut so lovely. It reminds me of when I was young and would go round to my nans' house playing with all her luxury makeup. Body Shop Honey Bronze Powder, with it's matte finish and subtle colour this bronzer is perfect for me for this time of year, I use it a lot for contouring and all over the eye lids or in the crease for a natural look. I will also be doing a full post of this bronzer soon.

Maybelline Color Tattoo, in shade Creamy Beige. I have really been enjoying using cream based eye shadows at the moment. They are so easy to use as there is no fall out and they pretty much dry instantly when on the lids so there's no budging or creasing. I highly recommend these Maybelline Color Tattoos at the moment, they are just so easy to apply and the staying power is incredible. I will be doing a full post of these soon so keep those peepers peeled.

Clarins Pro Eyebrow Palette, there has recently been a new version of this palette released. It is pretty much identical just slightly different packaging. I love this palette, it has 3 shades for the brows, a setting wax and a highlighting powder along with some tiny tweezers, a brow brush and a dual ended applicator. This palette is so easy to use and gives such a professional finish, also it's worth just mentioning that I have had this palette for just under a year and it is still going strong so it lasts for absolutely ages.

Rimmel Wonder'full Mascara, being enriched with Argan Oil this mascara is a real treat for the lashes. It doesn't clump or go hard and crispy and is an absolute dream to remove, no rubbing at yours eye. All it takes is a sweep of eye makeup remover on a cotton pad. It's really buildable unlike some mascaras and just looks lovely and natural.

L'Oreal Blackbuster Super Liner, this eye liner is the best thing since sliced bread. It's super easy to use and is just the perfect tool to create that flirty flick. I love a statement eye in these Winter months and this eye liner is just perfect for creating it.

Last but not least, Benefit Her Glossiness Lipgloss, this lipgloss came as part of a set that I received for Christmas a couple of years ago and I still love it. It's the lipgloss I reach for every year around this time, the berry shades are just perfect for these Winter months and they give a lovely sheen to the lips without being sticky.

So that's it, my current makeup bag products. Are you using any of these products?
