Nick bought me this peel within a gift set last Christmas, I have used Philosophy body products before such as shower gels etc but never really delved into the world of the skincare with them so I was a little nervous but also quite excited to try this.
This peel smells pretty incredible. It just smells of oranges, fresh lovely oranges. It is a two step process which helps to rejuvenate and resurface the skin. So step one you apply the exfoliating vitamin c crystals and massage gently onto your face avoiding the eye area. Step two sees you applying around a teaspoon full of the salicylic acid activating gel on top of the crystals which you just massaged in and massage again. This creates a slight foam which warms a little.
This is a lovely exfoliating peel and leaves the skin feeling incredibly soft but make sure you apply SPF afterwards to protect your skin against the sun. If I'm completely honest, I don't think I would buy this peel again for myself. There is nothing wrong with it at all and it is a lovely product but I have others which I prefer and for £59.00 it is pretty expensive.
Ohh it dies sound quite expensive for what it is! ^ ^
