St Tropez Self Tan Express Advanced Bronzing Mousse

My tanning regime has been pretty much non existent recently, I'm just been so blummin busy that anything that isn't necessary has taken a back seat, but there's something about a tan, whether it be fake or real, that just makes me feel so much better about myself so when this little beauty came in the post I was most greatly appreciative.

Tanning mouse's are generally my more preferred types of tan, they apply easily, dry quickly and give, in my opinion, the best result. So with a couple of hours spare at the weekend I decided to give this tan a whirl. It is sold as being an express 1 hour tan, so you apply the product all over and leave for 1 hour then wash off and you're left with a natural and even looking tan. After leaving for 1 hour the result is a light tan, 2 hours is a medium tan and 3 hours is a dark tan, so basically the longer you leave it the darker the tan will be. After applying and leaving for an hour I washed it off and was reasonably impressed with the result, it was a natural colour and gave a lovely subtle finish. However, I was even more impressed the next morning when my colour was even darker as the tan continues to develop for up to 8 hours.

Overall, I really like this. It's lasted really well on my skin, didn't go patchy or stick to dry spots and I love how quick and easy it is to use.

Have you tried this product? What do you think of it?

  1. I haven't tried this but like the sound of it because it works so quickly. I find tanning mousses a little drying - did you find that to be the case with this tan? xx
