YSL Les Sahariennes Blur Bronzer

So this is a relatively new release from Yves Saint Laurent, the Les Sahariennes Blur Bronzer was released back in May this year and has been very well received within the beauty blogging community. Contouring for me has always been an iffy subject, I do it but I don't necessarily like doing it. I always find majority of products really intimidating with their dark toned shades but with so many brands now tipping their hat to the trend, and many of them I must say are on the highstreet and in the drugstore, it was only a matter of time before someone created a new idea. This innovative cream to powder formula is what dreams are made of; it's silky soft, easy to blend, looks and feels completely natural and is just practically perfect in every single way. With seven shades to choose from there's something for everyone whether your pale or dark skinned.

With it's creamy soft formula it's so easy to apply and is completely buildable. It's almost as if you can't go over the top with this stuff, with it's creamy application and powder finish the skin just looks airbrushed and free of imperfections. Along with the bronzer, there is a two sided applicator included, one end is a sponge pad and the other end being a brush. Honestly, I don't use the applicator, I use a buffing brush as I just find it easier to work with.

I absolutely love this product, for contouring and for bronzing. It blends into the skin seamlessly and is so easy to apply, it's almost fool proof. At £31.00 it is a little pricey but I can see myself using this practically every single day and you only need the tiniest amount to suffice for the whole face.

Have you tried this product? What do you think of it?

  2. This sounds so good! Didn't realise it turned to powder, even better by the sounds of it. I'd definitely be tempted to buy it now xo
