Sarah Chapman Skin Insurance SPF 30

I know but I just couldn't resist. Anything released by the infamous Sarah Chapman is always gonna be a winner in my book. I just love her skincare, it's luxury at it's finest, and whilst it's not exactly the most purse friendly price, it's still pretty affordable compared to other premium skincare brands.

Now if you follow Dreaming Pretty then you will know of my love for Sarah Chapman, honestly she can do no wrong in my eyes. Every product I have used and tried from the brand I have absolutely fallen in love with so this was a no brainer. Her products have me swooning every time I use them so when I heard of a new facial SPF being released I knew I had to get my mitts on it.

Released on 1st August 2015 it's a relatively new release just in time for holibobs. It's a light activated formula that contains high levels of protection with anti-ageing, imperfection blurring and skin conditioning technologies. This is quite possibly the most impressive hybrid of all the facial SPF's that I have ever tried or even heard of. It helps to hydrate and illuminate the skin giving a lit from within finish to the face, it uses energy concentrates and bioactive complexes to reduce patches or spots of dark pigmentation on the skin, protects against environmental aggressors, neutralises oxygen radicals on the skin, reverses sun damage already made to the skin and oh yeah protects the skin from UVA and UVB.

It feels feather light on the skin and leaves the perfect base to apply makeup on top of. Not surprisingly, I love this stuff. Not only does it give my skin the protection that it needs from the harmful sun rays but it also offers something more than the usual facial SPF's. It has a tinted finish so is effectively a tinted moisturiser which helps to even out skin tone and give a more perfected finish without the heaviness of a foundation or bb/cc cream etc.

As you're reading this post I will most likely be lying on a beach whilst on my holibobs and as you have already guessed this has most certainly been given pride of place in my holiday cosmetics bag.

At £44.00 it is a little pricey and not for all budgets but as I have said time and time again skincare is worth investing in. Now don't get me wrong, not all premium skincare is worth the premium price tag and there are also some great budget buys out there, but I bet my bottom dollar that you will not be disappointed by the world of Sarah Chapman.

Let me know your thoughts.

  1. This sounds great, I love when an SPF feels lightweight on the skin.
