#47 Sunday Sounds - Bumble & Bumble Sunday Shampoo

Sundays for me are all about relaxing, long dog walks, Sunday lunch at the local pub and a long hot bath. On a Sunday I like to really string out my skincare routine and set myself up for the upcoming week and a new addition to my Sunday routine is this Bumble & Bumble Sunday Shampoo.

I have heard mixed reviews about this product but I wanted to give it a go myself and as I had some Boots points to use up I thought why not. It's a clarifying shampoo that rids all the product build up, any dirt, grime and oil and just leaves a good clean and fresh base for the next week.

I have to say, I absolutely love this stuff. It leaves my hair feeling completely detoxed, healthy and full of natural shine. Bumble & Bumble do recommend not to use this on colour treated hair but honestly it hasn't made any difference to my hair whatsoever but I do literally only use this once a week so I can imagine using it more often would dull the colour quicker over time purely because of he detoxifying elements to the shampoo.

I use this alongside a conditioning treatment such as the Aussie 3 Minute Miracle and I love the result.

Have you tried this shampoo?

  1. I really want to try this one! I love the Thickening shampoos from your November Favourites, I've got the miniature versions of those to try out but I will definitely purchase the full sizes soon. I feel like I need something like the Sunday Shampoo though, it would really rinse out all the build-up in my hair!

  2. Great review! I was worried that this formula may be too harsh and stripping for my hair, which is what put me off trying it before now. Maybe I'll pick it up and just make sure I only use it once a week, alongside a heavier conditioner.

  3. I love this shampoo but can't use it because my hair is coloured and it strips all the colour out but it is an amazing shampoo xxx
