September Favourites

September isn't one of my favourite months, I just fit it's a bit of a drag. It feels like Summer's over and we're just waiting for Autumn. My favourites from this month are a bit of a mash up really but they are products that I have really been enjoying using.

If you follow my blog then you will already know how much I love this Garnier hair oil, it smells incredible and leaves your hair feeling so smooth and glossy. Honestly, anyone that doesn't have this product needs to buy it now...it will change your life.

Recently I am all about the face masks, and this LancĂ´me Hydra Intense mask has been my favourite for a long long time, nothing else has ever come close. It is a clear gel consistency, you apply onto dry clean skin and leave to sink in for as long as you want, I like to leave it over night and then in the morning just rinse off the excess. Your skin feels super hydrated and plumped up after use, it's the perfect mask for the upcoming Autumn/Winter months. I used to just get my nails done at the beautician and have gels but recently I have tried to stop spending so much money so the first thing to go was the nail appointments. With this in mind I have been painting my own nails and caring for them myself so when painting I have been applying this Illamasqua base coat to ensure my nails don't get stained by the polish. It also gives a really nice smooth base to apply the polish onto, I can highly recommend this product.

Lastly, my favourite makeup products this month have been this Benefit Rockateur Blusher and Maxfactor Masterpiece mascara in brown. I'm trying to make a little transition into Autumn makeup and these products have been perfect for that, the blusher has a lovely warm tone to it with a slight shimmer to illuminate and you can't beat a brown mascara to create a subtle smokey eye for day time.

What have your September favourites been?

  5. I keep thinking of buying Benefit Rockateur but can't really justify it as I find it a bit too similar to Mac Dainty, which I already have. Maybe a bit more glowy, but similar. Love it!
